Miriam Macgregor ~ England

Born in Shillong, Assam, Miriam Macgregor moved to England when she was ten. She studied at Guildford Art School and then worked for some years as typographer at the publisher Batsford's. In 1977 she joined The Whittington Press, where she still works as a part-time compositor.
   
Diary of an Apple Tree woodcuts

In 1997 Macgregor produced Diary of an Apple Tree (Whittington Press) showing seasonal changes of a single apple tree through woodcuts.
